Overview of processing
We may process inventory data, payment data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta, communication and procedural data, and log data.
The purposes include providing contractual services, communication, security measures, analytics, contact and request management, affiliate tracking, public relations, marketing, and providing a user-friendly online service.
Legal bases
Where we ask for consent, processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Where processing is necessary to perform a contract or pre-contractual measures, it is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Where processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations, it is based on Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR. Where we process data on the basis of legitimate interests, it is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Security measures
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access. These measures are adapted according to the state of the art, implementation costs, the nature, scope and purposes of processing, and the risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
Transfer of personal data
If we disclose data to other persons or companies, transmit it to them, or otherwise grant access to it, this is done only on the basis of a legal permission, consent, a legal obligation, our legitimate interests, or a data processing agreement.
International transfers
Where data is processed in a third country outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, this takes place only if the legal requirements are met, for example on the basis of adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or explicit consent.
Storage and deletion
We delete personal data as soon as consent is withdrawn or the purpose of processing no longer applies, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage. If data is not deleted because it is required for other legally permissible purposes, its processing is restricted accordingly.
Data subject rights
You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under the conditions of the GDPR. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future and to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
